The timing of returning to sports activities after a hair transplant is important to prevent the grafts from being displaced.

First 2 Weeks: Only Light Walking

During the first 14 days, any sport that will raise blood pressure, increase blood flow in the head area, and cause sweating should be avoided.

Return to Weightlifting and Fitness

Light cardio exercises can be resumed from the 1st month, while weightlifting and contact sports like football/basketball can be started from the 2nd month.
